Who we are
ORGANIC SUPPLIERS SRL is an Argentine company with more than 25 years of experience specialized in the design and/or improvement of agri-food projects for production and marketing of special products, mainly organic foods.
ORGANICOS DE ARGENTINA SRL concentrates on the local market and ORGANICOS DEL URUGUAY SRL serves the regional market.
We provide support to various companies that wish to obtain organic certification and after meeting that first objective, we continue working with them as external consultants to guarantee continuous compliance with the requirements established by the organic markets to which they want to access.
We work with producers, industrializers, processors, food and beverage processors, exporters, brokers, cosmetics and personal care companies, suppliers of ingredients and agricultural inputs, among others.
Our Story
1991
We started as producers and exporters of agricultural specialties, a path that led us to carry out the first productions of organic crops in Argentina.
We performed the first organic exports from Argentina of flax, confectionery sunflower, buckwheat and amaranth.
We developed the first plants for the extraction of organic vegetable oil by pressing without the use of solvents and the first sugar mill with sufficient organic production to export products on a large scale to Europe and the United States.
We coordinated the loading of the first bulk carriers with organic corn and wheat from the Port of San Nicolas.
In a associatted project with German importers and with the advice of Dutch experts, we conducted the first organic production projects with DEMETER certification in Argentina, managing to market under this standard various organic products, such as cereals, oilseeds, sugar and alcohol.
We developed the supply chain for the production of the first completely organic pet food in South America.
We accompanied the growth of the Argentine organic sector with the development of countless projects and by actively participating in international fairs and congresses, being part of important institutions in the sector, such as CAPOC (Argentine Chamber of Certified Organic Productions) and MAPO (Argentine Movement for Organic Production).
We worked together with the most important producers and exporters in Argentina and Uruguay by developing supply chains for various clients abroad and in the local market and assisting them in the maintenance of their organic programs.
2023
We were distinguished with the Award for the Best Consultant Service by the Nation Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries within the framework of the National and International Meeting of Organic Production.
For more than 25 years we have been accompanying these companies on their way in the organic world.
