A rigorous step-by-step traceability system insures the quality of our products from the farm up to the loading Port.

All the operations are certified by OIA (Organizacion Internacional Agropecuaria SA) under UE, NOP and JAS regulations.
The facilities are also Kosher certified (OU-UK).
We develope a complete Procedures Manual for each company that is used as a basis for GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) implementation in most of the operations.


We supervise the traceability of each one of our products.
Our rigorous step-by-step traceability insures the quality of our products from the farm to the Port.
Traceability grants that every product has been handled according the strictest levels of quality and organic integrity.


We perform internal audits periodically to supervise the different operations.
We take care personally of each claim, non conformity and suggestions received from our costumers in order to take the necessary corrective actions.
We receive audits from all our costumers and final users in our organic farms and facilities.


As complementary to Certification, Quality Control and Audit procedures, analytical tests are performed to confirm absence of pesticides residues, GMO traces, heavy metals, microbiological counts, as well as main quality items required for each product.
Those tests are performed on site during the crop, at reception in all Facilities, during conditioning, processing, storaging and dispatch operations.
Some of them are carried out by own personal and others at specialized testing laboratories, accredited by the control bodies and according to FOSFA and GAFTA rules.
All our shipments are made with surveyor intervention for extraction and sealing of samples in order to perform quality tests according to each contract.
